Connecting to QuickBooks Online

This feature is currently in Beta testing. Please contact support (support@mgtechgroup.com) if you are interested in using this feature.

1. Login to Management Toolbox
2. On the menu, select Settings > Integrations > QuickBooks Online
3. Click on the Connect to QuickBooks Online button
   
    
4. A new window or tab will open, sign-in to your QuickBooks Online account:
   
   
    
5. If you have more than one company, select the company you want to connect from the list and click Next
   
   
   Note: you can connect multiple QBO companies to your Management Toolbox. This is common when some stores are in one QBO company and other stores are in another.
    
6. Click Connect to connect your company to Management Toolbox
   
    
7. Once you receive the message "Connected successfully", close the window/tab.
   
8. If you have more than one company, repeat these steps for each company you want to connect to Management Toolbox.
