This catalog describes what each group of reports is for, so you can find the one you need without opening them all. You will not see a group if you do not have the feature that unlocks it (see Features and Store Groups Explained). To use any report, see Using a Report Page (Stores, Dates and Formats). | Store Performance Reports | How each store is doing: sales, vehicles, labor, workflow, service categories and mix. Find them under Insights > Store Performance. |
| Rankings Reports | Compare stores against each other. Find them under Insights > Store Performance > Rankings. The Co-op rankings compare stores across a co-op, using the stores that share data (see Manage Store Information). |
| Charts, Trends and Co-op Comparisons | Visual trends over time and co-op comparisons. Find them under Insights > Store Performance > Charts and Co-op. |
| Role Performance Reports | How employees perform by role (CSA, technicians, tech leads). Find them under Insights > Role Performance. |
| AUTOStats Reports | The AUTOSTATS KPI report suite, from basic to advanced. Find them under Insights > AUTOStats. |
| Audit and Loss Prevention Reports | Reconciliation and exception reports that help catch errors and policy problems. Find them under Insights > Audit & Loss Prevention. |
| Employee Reports | Breaks, hours, hires, rehires, terminations, overtime and schedule and timesheet audits. Find them under Insights > Employee. |
| Payroll and Custom Reports | Reports for payroll and commissions. You need the Payroll Reports feature. Find them under Insights > Payroll (and Custom Reports if your company has them). |
| Inventory Reports | Stock usage, re-ordering, receiving, transfers and adjustments. You need the Inventory Reports feature. Find them under Insights > Inventory. |
| Fleet Reports | Fleet sales, statistics and leads. You need the Fleet Reports feature. Find them under Insights > Fleets. |
| Invoices, Worksheets and Other Tools | Reprint an invoice, tire registrations, worksheets, and the Clear Billing Solutions reports for franchisees. |
