A deposit routine
- Run the Cash Deposit Worksheet for the stores and days you are reconciling, with the Excel format.
- Enter the actual deposit amounts in the spreadsheet and note any variances.
- Check the Bank Reconciliation Worksheet for card and other payment types.
- Follow up on anything flagged in Over/Short Detail or Paid In/Out.
Send the results to your books with QuickBooks: Export Fleet Invoices and Sales Journal Entries.
