The changes released on 19 and 20 October 2026. Select your initials > Preferences to change how Management Toolbox looks and notifies you.
- A notification bell next to your initials shows what is new. Select it to read, filter and mark notifications read, or choose Remind me later.
- Dark mode. Your initials > Appearance: System, Light or Dark. It is saved to your account and follows you to every device.
- Preferences in one place. Your initials > Preferences lists Appearance, Notifications, Name and email, Password, Passkeys and Defaults.
- Easier on a phone or iPad. A Menu button opens the full menu, lists such as scheduled reports show as cards, and dialogs fit the visible screen.
- Scheduled reports from your phone. Each scheduled report is a card with Edit, Duplicate and Delete.
- Faster report set-up. Choose your stores first, then your dates from the Range list.
- Buttons show progress. Sign in, Register, Send message and similar buttons show a progress mark and cannot be pressed twice by accident.
