Almost any of the reports available in Management Toolbox can be scheduled on a per user basis. If you need to edit the recipients of a subscription, follow these steps.
- Login to Management Toolbox (https://jl.franchiseintel.com)
- Select My Scheduled Reports on the Reports menu
- In the list of your scheduled reports, click Edit on the scheduled report you want to edit.
- Update the TO field with the list of email addresses the report should be delivered to. Separate multiple email addresses with a semicolon (;). For example: email@example.com;firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Save your changes by clicking Update or click Cancel to abandon your changes.
NOTE: At this time you can only edit the list of email addresses the report is sent to. If you need to change the parameters, format or frequency of the subscription, you must schedule the report again and then delete the old subscription.
