Clear Billing Solutions is also a member of Bill.com, so if you pay your bills there you can connect to us and our invoices load into Bill.com automatically. When you pay, the invoice is marked paid on our side as well.
Our Payment Network ID is 0232083684910134. To add us as a vendor:
- Select Vendors in the Bill.com navigation menu.
- Select Add Vendor.
- Enter the vendor name (Clear Billing Solutions). Optionally add a location and address. Then select Continue. Or select Add by Payment Network ID and enter 0232083684910134.
- If you see a match based on name, address, email or phone, select us and select Confirm.
- Enter your account number if asked, then select Save & Add Vendor.
Another way: connect from your Bill.com account
If you already pay your bills in Bill.com, you can connect to us from there. Our Payment Network ID is 0232083684910134. (If you would like us to send it to you, just ask Clear Billing Solutions.)
- Sign in to Bill.com and open the Clear Billing Solutions profile in your vendors.
- Choose Network Connect.
- Enter our Payment Network ID.
- Check that the information shown is ours, then select Request connection.
