When an invoice was billed to the wrong fleet, Clear Billing Solutions moves it to the right account. You hear about it by email. You do not need to do anything in the portal to make the move happen.
An invoice was removed from your account
If you told us an invoice was not yours (see Tell Us an Invoice Is Not Your Vehicle) or asked us to review it, you get an email with the subject An invoice was removed from your account (or Invoices were removed from your account) and the heading Good news: no payment is needed. It lists the store, invoice, date and amount. There is nothing for you to pay and nothing else to do. If something looks wrong, reply to the email and we will take another look.
An invoice was moved to your account
If an invoice that was billed to another fleet belongs to you, you get an email with the subject An invoice was moved to your account (or Invoices were moved to your account). It names the account it came from and your account, and lists each invoice.
- Select the link beside an invoice. It opens that invoice for 24 hours without signing in.
- After 24 hours, sign in to the portal and use the same link, or find the invoice under CBS Invoices. See Find Your Invoices (Dates, Open/Paid, Search).
- Pay it like any other invoice. See Pay Your Invoices.
The invoice is now billed to you, so it appears in your list and counts in your Balance.
If something goes wrong
- The link says the invoice was moved back. We reversed the move. The links stop working and the invoice is back on the other account. You do not need to do anything.
- You think the invoice is not yours either. Reply to the email or call 1-855-939-6645, and tell us the store and invoice number.
- You did not get the email. Check junk mail, and check the email addresses in your Billing Contact. See Update Your Billing Contact and Invoice Recipients.
