Stores
- Rankings (Insights > Store Performance > Rankings) rank stores on sales, cars per day, ticket average, ROC and service penetration programs such as Double Deuce, Fast Four, Fast Five, Kwik Six and Triple Play. Several versions compare against configured store goals. See Report Catalog: Rankings.
- Charts show weekly trends for store and category performance, and monthly rolling results. See Report Catalog: Charts, Trends and Co-op Comparisons.
- AUTOStats is the KPI report suite, from a basic view to the advanced one. See Report Catalog: AUTOStats.
Employees
- Role Performance compares employees within a role (CSA, repair technicians, lower bay, upper bay and tech leads). See Report Catalog: Role Performance.
- On the dashboard, the Ticket Average and Labor % details name the leaders and laggards. See Operations Overview: Sales, Vehicles, Ticket Average and Labor % Details.
Across a co-op
The Co-op reports compare stores across a co-op, using the stores that share data. Whether a store is in a co-op and shares data is set on the Store Info page. See Manage Store Information.
Tips
- Rank a group of similar stores together; the comparison is fairer.
- Schedule the ranking you use for your weekly meeting so it arrives before the meeting. See Scheduling a Report.
