If something is wrong on a fleet invoice, send Clear Billing Solutions a request from the invoice.
- Open CBS > CBS Invoices.
- Select the speech-bubble icon in the REQ column of the invoice (or select the invoice and then the Adjustment request icon on the right-hand side).
- The panel shows the Current status of any earlier request. If there is none it says "None".
- In New request, type a Message describing what should be reviewed or corrected.
- Add an Amount if it relates to an amount. It is optional: leave it blank if no amount applies. Type dollars and cents, for example 15.00.
- Select Create request.
A message under a box tells you what to fix (for example an amount with more than two decimals). The color of the speech bubble shows the status of the request: grey = no request, yellow = request is open, green = request is closed.
Once a request exists the panel title reads Request and its number (for example Request 142), with a View request details link that opens the request page. See Read and Reply to a Request. To add to the request from the panel, type under Message and select Send message.
To see all your requests in one place, see Find and Track Your Requests. To see all the adjustments made to your fleet invoices, use the Adjustments report. See Clear Billing Solutions Reports for Franchisees: AR Aging, Adjustments and Payment Transactions. The fleet customer's version of this article is Ask Us to Review an Invoice (Adjustment Request).
If something goes wrong
- The Create request button does nothing. Look for a message under a box, fix it and select the button again.
- A message says the request could not be saved. Nothing was sent. Try again in a moment, or call Clear Billing Solutions at 1-855-939-6645.
