CBS Invoices for Franchisees: Find and Review Your Fleet Invoices

Select CBS Invoices on the menu bar to see the fleet invoices for your stores.

The page works like the one fleet customers use, with these differences: the grid shows the Store and Fleet # (the fleet customer's account number), and there is no Pay button because fleet customers pay CBS.

• Open, Paid and All choose which invoices are listed, and the Filters icon sets the stores and dates. The list only shows the date range selected.
• Use Search by invoice number, VIN, license plate (tag), store, date or name. Add a prefix such as tag: or inv: to narrow it.
• Select an invoice to open its details: totals, line items, vehicle and fleet information, payments and adjustments. Select Download PDF for a copy.
• Tick several invoices and use the Download icon to get them as one PDF.
