Withdraw a request you raised
If you raised a request and no longer need it, withdraw it while it is open.
- Open the request. See Read and Reply to a Request.
- Select Actions, then Withdraw this request.
- Confirm with Withdraw request. The message says CBS will see that you withdrew it, and that you can reopen it for 30 days.
You can only withdraw a request that you raised and that is still open. For a request someone else raised, or one that is resolved, there is no Actions menu.
Reopen a resolved request
If something is still wrong after a request was resolved, reopen it. You have 30 days from the day it was resolved.
- Open the request. A note at the bottom says it is resolved.
- Select Reopen this request.
- Say what is still wrong under Message (optional) and select Reopen request. CBS is told, and the request goes back to open.
After 30 days the note says to start a new request from the invoice. See Ask CBS to Review a Fleet Invoice (Adjustment Requests).
If something goes wrong
- There is no Withdraw option. You can only withdraw an open request that you raised yourself.
- There is no Reopen button. The request may have been resolved more than 30 days ago. Start a new request from the invoice.
