Use Management Toolbox on a Phone or Tablet

Management Toolbox adjusts to the size of your screen. Everything you can do on a computer you can do on a phone or tablet, laid out to fit.

Open the menu

1. On a phone, select the Menu button in the header. The menu slides in from the left and shows the same choices as the menu bar on a computer.
2. On a tablet or a small laptop window, select the Menu button in the header. It opens the full menu.
3. Choose a page. The menu closes. To close it without choosing, select outside it or the x.

What looks different on a phone

• Lists of invoices, requests and scheduled reports are shown as cards you can tap, instead of wide tables.
• Side panels (for example on CBS Invoices) slide over the page and fit the visible screen.
• Report pages show Run and Schedule and the results below. See Using a Report Page (Stores, Dates and Formats).
• Buttons and icons are bigger so they are easier to tap.

Light and dark

Management Toolbox follows your device (light or dark) unless you choose otherwise. To choose, select your initials and use Appearance. See Your Preferences (Profile and Settings).

If something goes wrong

• You cannot find the menu. Look for the Menu button in the header. If the window is wide, the menu bar is across the top instead.
• A report looks cramped. Turn the phone sideways, or open the same report on a computer.
• Something does not respond. Refresh the page. If it keeps happening, choose Contact support in your account menu.
