The menu bar
The menu bar runs across the top of every page. What you see depends on the features your administrator gave you, so your menu may be shorter or longer than someone else's. See Features and Store Groups Explained.
| Menu | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Insights | The Operations Overview dashboard and all the reports, grouped by purpose: Store Performance, Role Performance, AUTOStats, Audit & Loss Prevention, Employee, Payroll, Inventory, Fleets and more. See Report Catalog: All Reports at a Glance. |
| Worksheets | Cash Deposit Worksheet and Turned Down Services Worksheet. |
| CBS | For franchisees who use Clear Billing Solutions: Requests, then CBS Invoices. See Clear Billing Solutions for Franchisees: Overview. |
| Integrations | QuickBooks exports (fleet invoices and sales journal entries). See QuickBooks: Export Fleet Invoices and Sales Journal Entries. |
| Settings | Users, store groups and store information, commission plans, the QuickBooks Online connection, and My Scheduled Reports. Administrators see more than other users. |
Your stores
Every user is assigned a store group: one store, or a collection of stores. Dashboards and reports only show data for the stores in your group.
The bell
The bell in the header at the top right shows how many notifications you have not read. Select it to read them. See See and Manage Your Notifications.
Your account menu
Select your initials at the top right. The menu has Appearance (System, Light or Dark), Help center, Contact support, Notifications, Preferences, Change password, Passkeys and Logout. See Your Preferences (Profile and Settings).
If something goes wrong
- A menu you expect is missing. Your administrator decides which features you have. See Features and Store Groups Explained.
- You cannot sign in. Check the user name, and use the eye button to check the password. If you forgot it, see Reset Your Password.
