Help

Select the ? icon on the right-hand side for quick answers, a link to the Help center, and Contact tech support for problems with the portal itself. For questions about an invoice or your account, use the Clear Billing Solutions contact details at the top left of the page.

Update your account information or add restrictions

Complete the Clear Billing Solutions application/restrictions form at https://fleetleeds.com/application/fleetapp. If you have not filled it out in 2026, we are asking every customer to fill it out and select Submit. The form also lets you add restrictions to your account.
