Management Toolbox: User Registration

You can register for Management Toolbox access by following the steps in this article. Once you are registered, your Management Toolbox administrator will receive an email notification and will activate your account.

1. Open the Management Toolbox site using the URL you were given.
   NOTE: Management Toolbox supports Edge and Chrome on Windows and Chrome on Mac.

2. On the Login page, click Register
   
    
3. Complete the form:
   
    
   • Entity: Select your franchise entity from the list. If you are a Jiffy Lube fleet customer, choose CBS.
     
     
     If your entity is not listed, contact your Management Toolbox administrator. If you want to learn more about Management Toolbox subscriptions, please contact Sales@MGTechGroup.com.
      
   • Company name: Only required for CBS users. Type your company name. This helps CBS locate your fleet account.
      
   • User name: Enter a username. This will be the username you will use to access Management Toolbox. It is common to use your email address. The system will verify availability as you type.
      
   • First and Last name: Enter your first and last names.
      
   • Password/Confirm password: Enter and confirm your password. Use 12+ characters with uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a symbol. The system will ensure your password meets the requirements as you type.
      
   • E-mail: Enter your email address.
      
   • Security question/answer: Enter a security question and answer. This will be emailed to you and will be used for verification if you need to reset your password.
      
   • Click Register
      
   • You will see a confirmation your registration has been submitted.
     

✅Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive an email from Support@FranchiseIntel.com with the subject "Your Management Toolbox registration has been received".

Your Management Toolbox administrator(s) will receive a separate email letting them know that you have registered and instruct them how to activate your account.

Once your administrator completes the activation process, you will receive a confirmation email.
