- Open a command prompt
Click Start and type cmd
Press enter
- Type the following command and press enter. NOTE: the first one is for our Seattle datacenter and the other for Portland. If you have not been instructed which to run, run both.
Pathping 173.225.24.129
Pathping 66.51.25.161 - The process will output some information and then will say Computing Statistics for XYZ seconds. Wait for the time to pass and more information will be listed.
- Copy the information or take a "screen shot" of the information and paste it in an email in response to a ticket or provide it to your administrator as requested.
