Sign In and Add Users

The portal lets you see your invoices, pay them, download copies, look up what work each of your vehicles has had, ask us to review an invoice and set up automatic payment (AutoPay).

Sign in

  1. Go to https://portal.ClearBillingSolutions.com and sign in with your user name and password. The eye button at the end of the password box shows what you typed, so you can check it.
  2. New user? Select Register on the sign-in page. See User Registration.
  3. Forgot your password? Select Forgot password? on the sign-in page. See Reset Your Password.

When you select Sign in, the button changes to Signing in while we check your details. Wait for the page to load.

Add another person from your company

Ask the new person to register at https://portal.clearbillingsolutions.com/Security/RegisterUser.aspx. They do not need to set a security question: that step no longer exists. To remove someone, email Clear Billing Solutions at Info@ClearBillingSolutions.com.

Your account menu

Select your initials at the top right. The menu has Appearance (System, Light or Dark), Help center, Contact support, Notifications, Preferences, Change password, Passkeys and Logout. See Your Preferences (Profile and Settings) for the settings you can change, and Notifications, Help and Your Account Application for notifications. Passkeys let you sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of typing a password.

After you sign in, CBS Invoices is your home page. Everything about your invoices starts there. Next: Find Your Invoices (Dates, Open/Paid, Search).

If something goes wrong

  • The sign-in is not accepted. Check the user name, then use the eye button to check the password. After too many wrong tries the account locks: contact Clear Billing Solutions.
  • You cannot remember your password. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. See Reset Your Password.
  • The button says Signing in and nothing happens. Wait a few seconds, then refresh the page and try again. If it keeps happening, choose Contact support.
