These reports help you control labor cost and stay on the right side of your break and overtime policies. You find them under Insights > Employee (they need the Reports feature).
| Report | What it helps you do |
|---|---|
| Employee Breaks | Review break activity and find breaks that happen outside your configured thresholds. |
| Employee Hours | See work hours: regular time, overtime and the labor split between stores. |
| Overtime Risk | Find employees who are approaching or over their overtime limit, so you can adjust schedules before it costs you. |
| Schedule Audit | Compare schedules with the hours actually worked and find the differences. |
| Timesheet Audit | See timesheet changes (edits, additions and deletions) so you can check them. |
A simple routine
- Mid-week: run Overtime Risk for your stores and adjust the rest of the week's schedule.
- Each week: run Employee Breaks and Timesheet Audit and follow up on the exceptions.
- Each pay period: run Schedule Audit and then export hours (see Payroll: Export Employee Hours for Excel or Your Payroll System).
You can schedule any of these to be emailed to you or your managers. See Scheduling a Report. For the labor efficiency by hour on the dashboard, see Operations Overview: Sales, Vehicles, Ticket Average and Labor % Details.
