What's New: A Safer, Easier Sign-In (October 2026)

We have made signing in simpler and more secure. Nothing is required of you, and your password works exactly as before.

Sign in with a passkey (optional)

A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of typing a password. It is faster, and it cannot be phished.

Add one in Preferences > Sign-in and security > Passkeys. See Management Toolbox: Add, Name or Remove a Passkey.
On the sign-in page, choose Sign in with a passkey, or click the User name box and pick your passkey. See Management Toolbox: Sign In With a Passkey.
Lost your device? Use a recovery code, or sign in with your password. See Management Toolbox: Lost Your Device? Recovery Codes for Passkeys.
A passkey works only on the site where you add it, so add one on each site you sign in to.
Activate a new user in two clicks. The email you receive when someone registers has an Open this user to activate button that opens that user ready to edit. See Management Toolbox: Activate a New User.
Store groups are safer to rename and delete. Renaming a group no longer affects the users in it, and deleting a group that users hold opens Reassign users so nobody is left without stores. See Management Toolbox: Manage Store Groups.

Schedule Audit has more control. Choose the late, early and after-shift minutes and whether work across stores counts, and click an employee's name to see their details. See Schedule Audit Report.

Pay with your saved method in one step. Turn on Always use my saved method and Pay charges your saved method right away. Check the count and total beside Pay first. You can turn it off any time in Preferences. See Clear Billing Solutions: Pay Your Invoices.
