If your account is locked out, please contact your Management Toolbox administrator or Technical Support.
To reset your own password, follow these steps:
- From the login screen, click on Can't Login then Forgot Password?
- Enter your username and click Submit
- Type the answer to your security question and click Submit
- A new password will be sent to your email address.
NOTE: The email will come from Support@FranchiseIntel.com with a subject line of "Management Toolbox Password Reset". If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, check your junk mail or SPAM quarantine.
