Downloading Outlook and Skype for Business

To download a copy of outlook follow these steps:

1. Login to https://ControlOne.mgcld.com
2. Click the download button on the toolbar
   
3. Read the EULA and if you agree with the terms check the "I agree..." box at the bottom of the page.
4. Click the button for the product you wish to download, you will be sent to a download page after clicking the button.
5. Install outlook on your computer once the download is complete.
• If you have downloaded and installed Outlook for Windows or Skype for Business you will need to enter the product key provided on the download page after clicking the download button.

Downloads are provided only for the user who is logged into the control one system, admins can not download products on behalf of other users.

Only downloads that your account is currently included with based on your service plan will be available. If no downloads are available for your account then the download button will not be visible in the toolbar.
